Scope
This policy covers purchases of paid ClaysUp features. Purchases made through a third-party platform are also subject to that platform's own refund rules.
How to request
A refund request can be sent to support@evoord.com, identifying the account and the purchase concerned.
Review
Each request is reviewed individually and the outcome is communicated to the requester by email.
