About
Founded in 1956 and also historically known as Paarl Gun Club, Valley Gun Club occupies about 40 hectares among vineyards in the Paarl Valley, at the foot of Simonsberg. The facility includes 10 ATA and DTL Trap fields, 2 Skeet fields, Universal Trench, Olympic Trap, 4 Compak Sporting layouts, 4 Sporting Clays courses and one Helice field. The club holds monthly competitions in the main disciplines and hosts events of the South African federation CTSASA.
